These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("User") and Gov Whizz ("we", "us"). By accessing the Gov Whizz platform at govwhizz.com you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any organisation you register. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform to generate, disseminate, or amplify partisan disinformation.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise circumvent technical protections.
- Upload data you do not have the legal right to process.
- Use outputs to deceive the public into believing automated analysis is human-authored journalism.
Outputs and decisions
Gov Whizz provides analysis, simulation, and drafting assistance. All outputs are advisory. Final policy decisions remain the responsibility of qualified human decision-makers. We make no warranty that any output will produce a particular fiscal, political, or social outcome.
Intellectual property
You retain all rights to data and prompts you submit. We retain all rights to the platform, models, and underlying methodology. Briefings and exports you generate are licensed to you for any lawful use, with attribution where redistributed.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid tiers renew automatically until cancelled. Refunds for unused portions of an annual term are issued on a pro-rata basis where required by local consumer-protection law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that materially breach these Terms. You may terminate at any time from Settings → Account.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the contracting entity is incorporated, unless overridden by a signed enterprise agreement. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We will notify users of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect via in-app banner and email.
